A 6-week executive advisory experience designed for senior operations leaders preparing for VP-level leadership within the next 12–24 months.

The Executive Leverage Lab helps high-performing Directors move beyond strong execution and intentionally build the relational, strategic, and political leverage required for executive selection.

Participants Will Learn:
✅ Strengthen executive trust and demonstrate enterprise-level thinking
✅ Build sponsor alignment with leaders who influence succession decisions
✅ Design strategic visibility across the organization
✅ Develop a succession positioning strategy for the next stage of leadership
